Ochratoxin ELISA Kit
The kit employs competitive ELISA method. The microplate well is coated with antigen
of Ochratoxin, the Ochratoxin in the sample will compete with the antibody of
Ochratoxin to combine with the coated antigen. After adding the TMB, the labeled
antibody will catalyze the TMB. The amount of Ochratoxin is inversely proportional to
the O.D value.
